What is The Riverstead?
What is the Riverstead? The Riverstead was created out of a desire to slow down, reconnect with the earth, and grow our own food. We believe it is our responsibility to teach our children the skills they need to cultivate their own food and pass this knowledge on to future generations. The hospitality aspect of the homestead, including the dome, was developed to share this beautiful property with others, offering them a place to unwind and immerse themselves in nature.

Homestead?
To us, it is a way of life. Our homestead embodies organized chaos, blending the harmony of nature with our personal plans and tastes. It may appear messy, unkempt, and lifeless at times, but it springs to life when the conditions are right. We cultivate gardens with a variety of fruits and vegetables, keep chickens and honeybees, and strive to be good stewards of the earth through sustainable and organic practices in everything we do.
